In this paper, we prove the existence of quasi-periodic small-amplitude solutions for quasi-linear Hamiltonian perturbation of the fifth-order KdV equation on the torus in presence of a quasi-periodic forcing

Summarization of Scientific Paper through Reinforcement Ranking on Semantic Link Network

    Get PDF
The Semantic Link Network is a semantics modeling method for effective information services. This paper proposes a new text summarization approach that extracts Semantic Link Network from scientific paper consisting of language units of different granularities as nodes and semantic links between the nodes, and then ranks the nodes to select Top-k sentences to compose summary. A set of assumptions for reinforcing representative nodes is set to reflect the core of paper. Then, Semantic Link Networks with different types of node and links are constructed with different combinations of the assumptions. Finally, an iterative ranking algorithm is designed for calculating the weight vectors of the nodes in a converged iteration process. The iteration approximately approaches a stable weight vector of sentence nodes, which is ranked to select Top-k high-rank nodes for composing summary. We designed six types of ranking models on Semantic Link Networks for evaluation. Both objective assessment and intuitive assessment show that ranking Semantic Link Network of language units can significantly help identify the representative sentences. This work not only provides a new approach to summarizing text based on extraction of semantic links from text but also verifies the effectiveness of adopting the Semantic Link Network in rendering the core of text. The proposed approach can be applied to implementing other summarization applications such as generating an extended abstract, the mind map and the bulletin points for making the slides of a given paper. It can be easily extended by incorporating more semantic links to improve text summarization and other information services

Improve the Investment and Financing Environment and Promote Sustainable Development of Agriculture in Shandong Province, China

With rapid development of the economy, the industrialization of agriculture of Shandong Province has been expanded, and the investment and the demand for funding also increased. However, agricultural production has a greater vulnerability, constrained by natural conditions, and must rely on external investment and financing support. And good rural finance environment, can promote the healthy development of the financial industry, in turn strongly support and promote economic development and social progress. Conversely, poor financial environment will hinder the healthy and orderly development of the financial sector and ultimately affect the overall economic growth. This article aims to make a in-depth research on the environment for agricultural financing of various regions of Shandong Province and analyzes the problems and shortcomings of the soft environment for agricultural financing, and gives policy proposals, so as to provide reference views for the built of rural finance environment of Shandong province.Key words: Agriculture investment; Financing;  Financial environment; Method

Proteomic identification of PKC-mediated expression of 20E-induced protein in Drosophila melanogaster

Ecdysone receptor (EcR) and its heterodimeric partner, ultraspiracle protein (USP), are nuclear receptors that mediate the action of the insect molting hormone 20-hydroxyecdysone (20E). There is evidence that the activity of both receptors is affected by phosphorylation. Using a proteomic approach, we have shown that protein kinase C (PKC) activity is necessary for mediating 20E-induced expression of 14 specific proteins, including three previously reported 20E responsive proteins, and is also responsible for the intracellular localization of EcR and USP in larval salivary glands of Drosophila melanogaster. The 20E-dependent expression of the proteins was verified using real-time PCR and/or Western blot analysis. For some genes, inhibition of PKC activity reduced 20E-dependent transcriptional activity rapidly, raising the possibility that these are direct gene targets of EcR and USP. The data further indicate that PKC-mediated phosphorylation is also required for genes regulated indirectly by 20E-induced changes in the larval salivary gland

An Optimization Approach for pricing of Discrete European Call options Based on the Preference of Investors

    Get PDF
Firstly, a method for measuring the risk aversion of investors was proposed based on the prospect theory. Secondly, under a sole hypothetical condition in which the risk aversion degree for different assets is the same in a market, the pricing of discrete European options was given based on the objective probability. Thirdly, it was proven that the European option price obtained was a non-arbitrate price. And then, both for the binomial tree, which is a complete market, and for the trinomial tree, which is an incomplete market, pricing European options were discussed by implementing the method provided in this paper. Lastly, an illustration is used to demonstrate how to estimate preference parameters from market data and how to calculate options prices. The result states that the method in this paper is the same as the traditional risk-neutral methods in a complete market, but it is different from the traditional risk-neutral methods in an incomplete market, and more, the price obtained in this paper is affected by the objective probability and also contains the risk attitude of the investors

An Optimization Approach for Pricing Analysis on a Bank Wealth-Management Equity Structured Product

    Get PDF
This paper researches on the pricing and design of a certain stock-type structured product. Firstly, a semi-analytic pricing model is deduced by discounting the payoff function of the product. Secondly, the difference between publishers\u27 and investors\u27 required rate of return is explained with market segmentation theory when estimating the pricing model’s parameters, which defines the cost and sale price of a product. Finally, with sensitivity analysis, it is concluded that publishers can increase their profits by extending the due date of the product or publishing it with relatively large asset volatility. The study aims to help publishers make reasonable product design and pricing decisions

The Linguistic Study of Gong Xunming’s Ceramic Painting Art

    Get PDF
Gong Xunming is an artist who devotes to ceramic painting art and sticks to his artistic pursuit. His innovation and exploration in ceramic painting art are forever vigorously progressive. Gong commits all his efforts to seek for artistic innovation and newer, higher objectives, without hesitation and never off the track. He shakes off the bondages of nature and traditions. Everything in his paintings faces the sharp contradiction between reality and imagination. His technique of balancing colors gestates the potential genes for modern and future styles. Gong transforms the natural images into abstract ones, and makes them the language to express surreal forms. The new style of his works represents new artistic language and a new world view
